2 tbsp VSOP Champagne Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 medium Orange, zested
½ cup VSOP Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pinch Fine Sea Salt, to taste
1 pinch Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard and orange zest.

Slowly drizzle in the Blood Orange EVOO while whisking. Season with sea salt & pepper. Serve over your favorite salad greens. Enjoy!
