 1 cup English Breakfast Tea, or earl grey, or orange tea
 ½ cup Dried Cranberries
 1 large Broccoli, one large head or 2-3 small heads, cut into florets
 ¼ cup VSOP Bergamot Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Penzeys Fox Point Seasoning
 2 pinches Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
 2 tbsp VSOP Fig Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar
 4 oz Goat Cheese, crumbled

Make the tea according to package directions. Pour the hot tea over the dried cranberries and let sit to plump the cranberries. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the broccoli florets on a large sheet pan and toss with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and seasonings. Toss to combine. Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally,until the broccoli is charred and blackened.

Once broccoli is charred, add the drained plumped cranberries and drizzle with the Fig Balsamic. Return to the oven and cook for an additional 5 minutes to glaze.

Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5-10 minutes. Add the crumbled goat cheese and stir to combine. Enjoy!
