 2 cups Rolled Oats
 1 cup Shredded Coconut
 ½ cup Wheat Germ
 ½ cup Almonds, lightly chopped
 ½ cup Walnuts, lightly chopped
 ½ cup Sunflower Seeds
 1 tsp Fine Sea Salt
 ¼ cup VSOP Espresso Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  cup VSOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  cup Brown Rice Syrup, or agave syrup or maple syrup
 ¼ cup Almond Milk
 8 oz Dried Cranberries, or cherries or other fruit
 8 oz 70% Dark Chocolate, chopped into bite-size pieces

Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet with non-stick aluminum foil.

In a large bowl combine the oats, coconut, wheat germ, nuts, sunflower seeds & sea salt.

In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, syrup, & almond milk.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well to incorporate. Spread the granola mixture on the prepared baking sheet evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the granola begins to brown slightly. Cool completely and then stir in the dried fruit and the chopped chocolate pieces. Once it has cooled completely it can be stored in an airtight container. Enjoy!
