 1 cup Brown Sugar, tightly packed, light or dark
 ¾ cup Heavy Cream
 ¼ cup Unsalted Butter
 1 ½ tbsp VSOP Espresso Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature before serving.
