
Heat the corn syrup, heavy cream, olive oil, and milk in a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture just comes to a simmer (about 10-12 minutes).
Remove from the heat and add the chopped chocolate, coconut palm sugar, salt, xantham gum & dark chocolate balsamic. Let sit for 2 minutes without stirring so the chocolate can melt.
Whisk to incorporate all of the ingredients and until the mixture is smooth and silky. Serve over ice cream, pound cake, or fresh berries. Enjoy!
