 2 cups Sourdough Bread, day old, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
 ¼ cup VSOP Organic Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or any other infused evoo
 ½ tsp Fine Sea Salt
 1 pinch Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

On a baking sheet large enough to hold the bread cubes in a single layer, toss the bread cubes with the infused extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper if desired. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the bread cubes are golden brown. Cool and store in a zip lock bag or air tight container.
