 ¼ tsp Fine Sea Salt
 1 tsp Garlic, minced
 2 tbsp Shallot, minced
 1 tsp Lime Zest, freshly grated
  cup Fresh Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
 1 cup VSOP Organic Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 pinch Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, whisk the sea salt, garlic, shallots, lime zest, and lime juice until the salt is dissolved.

Slowly drizzle in the EVOO while whisking until the vinaigrette is emulsified. Season with pepper and additional salt, if necessary. Enjoy!
