Yields4 Servings
 ¾ lb Ground Lamb
 ¾ lb Ground Beef
 1 tbsp VSOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil, your favorite single varietal, or fused/infused evoo
 4 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese
 4 tbsp Kalamata Olives, chopped, or your favorite olives
 1 tsp Penzeys Dill Weed
 1 tbsp Penzeys Greek Seasoning
 ½ small Red Onion, thinly sliced
 1 medium Tomato, thinly sliced
 4 large French Style Hamburger Buns

Combine the ground lamb, ground beef, olive oil, feta cheese, olives and seasonings until thoroughly blended. Divide mixture and form into four (4) patties.

Preheat grill or grill pan. Place burgers on the grill or pan, cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until internal temperature is 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove burgers from grill and let rest for a few minutes covered with aluminum foil. Briefly toast hamburger buns if desired. Top each burger with sliced onions and tomatoes and any other condiments. Enjoy!
