 4 Pork Chops
 2 cups Bread Crumbs
  cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Salt & Pepper
 ¼ cup Flour
 1 Egg
 1 tbsp Water
 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
 1 tbsp Butter
 1 Lemon, cut into wedges

Pound pork chops into 1-inch thickness if necessary.

Prepare a plate with bread crumbs, parmesan salt and pepper. Another plate with flour, salt and pepper. And a 3rd plate with a beaten egg & water.

Heat a saute pan over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and butter. Dip the pork chops in the flour, then egg and finally the crumbs. Cook the pork until golden brown and cooked through 2-3 minutes per side.

Once cooked, remove to a cooling rack. Season with salt and pepper and serve with lemon wedges.
