 2 cloves Garlic, peeled
 2 cans Canned Garbanzos (Chickpeas), 15 ounce cans, rinsed & drained
 1 jar Roasted Red Pepper, drained
 1 tsp Cumin
 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
 2 tsp Fine Sea Salt, to taste
 1 pinch Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
  cup VSOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil, your favorite single varietal

With the food processor running, drop the 2 cloves of garlic through the feeding tube to mince.

Place all of the remaining ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until creamy and smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve and drizzle more fresh extra virgin olive oil over the top if desired. Enjoy!
