1 medium Head of Cabbage, shredded
1 Recipe for VSOP Chipotle Lime Aioli
1 large Jalapeno, seeded, de-ribbed, & finely minced
1 large Bell Pepper, seeded, de-ribbed, & finely minced
1 cup Red Onion, finely shredded
1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
Sea Salt, to taste
Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour, preferably overnight. Makes approximately 6-8 cups of coleslaw.
