Made from fresh Greek Oregano crushed with early harvest, freshly picked Greek olives using 100% mechanical cold press extraction methods. This Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil is fresh, bright & herbaceous – this is by far one of the most difficult flavors to translate into an oil because the essential oil of oregano rarely if ever tastes like the fresh herb, whereas this Agrumato EVOO is spot on.
It has pulled out the earthy and delicate flavors of fresh oregano.
Use it anywhere fresh or dried Oregano might be used. Perfect with Pork, Poultry & Fish. Spectacular drizzled over Sauteed, Grilled, or Roasted Vegetables, especially Potatoes.
