This light & refreshing EVOO is born from the ancient culinary traditions of the Abruzzo Region of Italy on the Adriatic Sea. Pefectly ripened Organic Chetoui Olives and tart & tangy Organic Mandarin Oranges from the Mediterranean are crushed simultaneously to create this pantry must-have.

Exceedingly versatile; it is the perfect oil to Saute Shrimp, Scallops, or Seafood in.  Use it in a Chinese Chicken Salad or for Asian Salad Dressings or in a Poppy Seed Coleslaw. 

For an amazing taste sensation, use it in Stir Fry with Pork, Chicken, Duck or Ham;  or in Wild Rice dishes. 

Makes a great Vinaigrette for Beets, Bok Choy, Cucumber, Jicama, or Spinach Salads.  Also great when used in Baking.
