Whole Fruit Fused Agrumato Method


This handcrafted Artisinal Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made by crushing Organic Athinoelia Olives with generationally grown Oranges from the Mani peninsula of Greece.  It is a beautiful extremely early November harvest Citrus Agrumato EVOO.

Exceedingly versatile; it is the perfect oil to Saute Shrimp, Scallops, or Seafood in.  Also works good with Chicken and Pork.  Perfect for Salad Dressings, especially with Kale or Spinach Salads. 

It can also be used in Baking.  Bursting with fresh Citrus Flavor.
